No Live and Restore Wellness is a cash pay practice. This approach enables us to deliver truly personalized care without the constraints typically imposed by insurance plans. Our concierge model allows us to provide unrestricted, individualized support without those limitations.
You may also use HSA or FSA funds for consultations, labs, medications, and supplements if eligible per your provider.
Your membership includes all visits, lab interpretation, portal messaging and prescription management. Additional costs may apply in the following areas:
Laboratory testing — Many labs can be billed through insurance, and competitive cash‑pay pricing is also available.
Medications — Prescriptions are filled through a compounding pharmacy, with payment made directly to the pharmacy.
Supplements — High‑quality supplements are offered at discounted member rates.
Hormone Optimization
