My journey into hormone optimization is personal.

Like many women, I experienced firsthand what it feels like to have symptoms dismissed or attributed to "just getting older." Despite years of medical training, I realized that traditional education had not fully prepared me to care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and hormonal changes.

That realization inspired me to pursue extensive advanced education in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy through WorldLink Medical and other evidence-based training programs.

Today, my mission is simple: to listen, educate, and partner with women so they feel heard, understood, and empowered to regain their vitality.
